Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Develop original tile, Jali, and GRC designs that align with project requirements and client specifications. This includes creating visual concepts, sketches, renderings, and prototypes.

Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about current design trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques relevant to tiles, Jali, and GRC.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (manufacturing, marketing) and external partners (clients, suppliers) to ensure design feasibility and production efficiency.

Iteration and Refinement:

Participate in client meetings, gather feedback, and refine designs based on input.

Documentation:

Maintain organized documentation of design processes, materials, and project timelines.
Key Skills:

Design Software Proficiency:

Expertise in relevant design software (Llike-3DMAX, CAD, 3D modeling software).

Problem-solving:

Ability to identify and resolve design challenges.

Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Material Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of different tile, Jali, and GRC materials and their properties.

Product Design Principles:

Understanding of product design principles and user-centered design.

Market Awareness:

Awareness of current design trends and market demands.
