About the Role:
As a Product Designer you will be responsible for designing intuitive and scalable user experiences that support our expansion into traditional financial products. This role focuses on hands-on execution across the design lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on simplifying complex financial concepts and enabling users to confidently engage with new markets.
What You'll Do:

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Translate user research findings into actionable design insights and recommendations.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction designs that optimize the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Present design solutions and rationale to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design.

You'll Excel in This Role If You:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
