Responsibilities
Product Design

• Create user-centric designs for our digital lending platform
• Design intuitive interfaces that simplify complex loan processes
• Develop wireframes and prototypes for new features
• Participate in user research and feedback sessions
• Contribute to our design system and component library

Brand & Visual Design

• Help maintain and evolve our brand identity
• Create visual assets for our digital platforms
• Design marketing collateral and social media content
• Contribute to pitch deck and presentation designs

Qualifications
Must Have

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• Strong visual design sensibilities
• Knowledge of design tools (Figma/Adobe XD)
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to think through user flows and journeys
• Good communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Experience with prototyping tools

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of design systems
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Interest in financial products
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
