Job Description

Role Summary:

As a Product Designer, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and functional digital products. You will be involved in the entire design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that our products not only meet user needs but also exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Assist in creating user-centered design solutions that align with project goals and user expectations.
• Execute all phases of the design process, from conceptualization and wireframing to prototyping and user testing.
• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and product functionality.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative design elements into projects.
• Participate in design critiques and actively seek and provide constructive feedback to improve designs.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and effective implementation.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of rich experience as a product designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, with an emphasis on problem-solving and user-centric design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Preferably a degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate user research into design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.
