Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and user-centric

Product Designer (AI-First UX)

to design intuitive, intelligent, and inclusive user experiences for AI-powered products. This role focuses on translating complex AI capabilities into simple, accessible, and delightful user journeys through thoughtful design, wireframes, and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

Design

AI-driven user experiences

that are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy Create user flows,

wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI teams Design interfaces that clearly explain AI outputs, feedback, and actions Ensure

accessibility and inclusive design

(WCAG standards) Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on insights Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design and product thinking Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

Experience designing data-heavy or AI-powered interfaces Strong understanding of

accessibility and usability principles

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML products, chatbots, or data visualization Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
