Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on

Product Designer - AI-Enabled Experience Design

to own end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role extends beyond UI, influencing product strategy, user outcomes, and business impact while using AI tools to accelerate discovery, ideation, and delivery.

You will balance user research, usability, and visual craft, applying strong product thinking and human judgment to refine AI-assisted concepts and define what ultimately ships.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and problem definition to delivery and iteration Collaborate with product managers to define product vision, user problems, success metrics, and design strategy Conduct and synthesize user research, usability studies, and product insights to inform design decisions Design intuitive, scalable experiences for

web apps and mobile apps

support and speed up design workflows

Figma Make

will be a primary tool used consistently for hands-on production and collaboration Clear and effective writing skills are essential to convert product goals into well-defined prompts, guidelines, and design directions The role values fast exploration and iterative improvement rather than aiming for perfection in the first pass Strong UX judgment is required to assess, refine, and elevate AI-assisted design outputs A learning and experimentation mindset is critical as tools, workflows, and design practices continue to evolve

Required Experience & Skills:

3-6 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer working on end-to-end digital products Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, UX decision-making, and shipped

web and mobile applications

Expert proficiency in

Figma

, including

Figma Make

, design systems, and interactive prototyping Experience using

Generative AI tools

for design exploration, rapid prototyping, and workflow optimization Strong writing skills to convert product intent, requirements, and constraints into effective AI prompts and design documentation Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture Strong visual design foundation with attention to clarity, hierarchy, and consistency Experience with usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and data-informed design iteration Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in fast-moving product environments Comfort with ambiguity and an emphasis on
