We are searching for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the design and user experience of our products, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions.
- Conduct user research (e.g., user interviews, surveys) to gather user feedback and inform design decisions.
- Design user interfaces (UI) that are both visually appealing and easy to use.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Ensure designs adhere to established UI style guides and accessibility guidelines .
- Work collaboratively with developers to ensure successful handoff of designs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in a design field (e.g., Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication) or a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) with relevant coursework (preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in product design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Adobe XD, Proto.io).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong visual communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for design and creating user-centric products.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with specific design methodologies (e.g., Ant Design - React Js, Design Sprint, Lean UX)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving abilities, and visual design skills.
