:
1. Exposed to CAE/FEA of Aluminum die casted parts using GDC Process.
2. Hands on experience of handling 3D modelling software (CATIA, PR0 E, NX, Solid works etc.) and simulation software (Hyper works, LS Dyna, Ansys, VPG etc.).
3. Suspension parts, Streering Parts, of Alloy wheel.
4. Targeting product profitability & Engg. Budget in line with group norms.
5. Software should have been handle: Hyper works, LS-Dyna,Ansys, Abaqus, Solidworks.
6. Driving Customer satisfaction by ensuring flowless launch of new product.
7. Creating & retaining a pool of internal people every year .
8. Material Cost Improvement through VA/VE for A Products.
9. Engineering Cost Achievement for B & A Project as per PFS(through Earned value).
