About the Role:

We are hiring a

Manager - Product Designer

for a

leading product organization

.
This role combines

hands-on product design

with

team leadership

to improve product experience, strengthen design systems, and deliver high-quality user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor product designers while staying hands-on with design execution Work across

UX, interaction design, user journeys, design systems, prototyping

Collaborate closely with

Product, Engineering, Research

on roadmap decisions Improve product usability, reduce UX gaps, and strengthen user workflows Drive

design-led initiatives

, structure design processes, and guide craft quality Contribute to

strategic product direction

and scalable design standards

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

6+ years hands-on product design experience

with product-based companies Experience

leading or mentoring designers

(not pure people management) Strong expertise in

UX, interaction design, design systems, prototyping

Portfolio showcasing

real shipped products

and measurable user impact Ability to

balance leadership + individual contribution

Experience influencing

product decisions and roadmap priorities

Nice to Have:

Experience working in

fast-paced, well-funded product companies

Strong product thinking and ability to scale design processes
