We are hiring for a

looking for an experienced

Manager - Product Designer

.
The ideal candidate is a strong

hands-on product designer

who can also

lead and mentor a team

while working closely with Product & Engineering.

What You Will Do

Lead a team of product/UX/UI designers and guide design quality Work hands-on on UX, UI, interaction design, design systems, and prototypes Improve user flows, usability, and overall product experience Collaborate with Product & Engineering on feature planning and execution Run design reviews, brainstorming sessions, workshops, and sprints Help build and scale design systems across products

What We're Looking For

6+ years in

product design

at

product-based companies

Experience mentoring or leading designers Strong portfolio with

real shipped product work

Excellent in UX, wireframing, prototyping, and problem-solving Comfortable in a hybrid work model (2-4 days office)

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-scale consumer products Strong understanding of design systems and product thinking
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?4,500,000.00 - ?6,500,000.00 per year
