Who Can Apply

Students currently pursuing

B.Des / M.Des

from

NIFT / NID

or similar design institutes. Specialization in

Product Design and CMF

Strong interest in

Ceramic Tiles & Sanitary Bathware product design and CMF

Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhino, KeyShot, or similar). Creative thinkers with good visualization, trend research, and prototyping skills. Creative thinkers with attention to detail and good visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Support in

conceptualization, sketching, and prototyping

of new products. Work on

CMF development

- researching, selecting, and experimenting with colors, materials, and finishes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, production). Contribute fresh ideas to enhance

user experience & market appeal

. Explore

sustainability-driven design solutions

(eco-friendly materials, water-saving sanitaryware, recyclable surfaces).
Contribute fresh ideas for

improving aesthetics, usability, and market appeal

of tiles and bathware products.

Assist in

CMF (Color, Material, Finish) development

- researching trends, textures, glazes, and finishes relevant to tiles and bathware.
