Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Engineer to join our team at our valve manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for design and innovation. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the design of our products, ensuring they meet our quality standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test valve products to meet customer requirements and company standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Create and maintain product documentation including technical drawings, bills of materials, and product specifications. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets project timelines and budgets. Provide technical support to the production and quality control teams to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to develop prototypes and conduct testing to validate product performance. Evaluate product performance, reliability, and cost, and make recommendations for improvements. Stay current with industry developments, trends, and new technologies to ensure our products are state-of-the-art.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Fresher's will be considered for the role with strong engineering fundamentals. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360 etc. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
