Experience

: 2 to 5 Years (Preferred- Bumper& Grills, Door trims, Instrument Panels, Console, glove box, OHS, and Soft Trims & Headliners)

: BE / ME (Mechanical/Automotive)

Skill Set

Experience in design & development

Good exposure of product development lifecycle for Interior trims.

Strong Experience in A Class to B Class conversion, creating master section and close volumes

Knowledge of Mould Flow analysis

Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes of injection moulded plastic components

Very strong in Catia CAD software - part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting.

Good knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stack-up, change management.

Experience of working in CFT environment.

Very good in English communication (written and oral)

Adopt at using problem solving techniques, to resolve validation/assembly/manufacturing & interpersonal issues
