Education: BE Mechanical

Experience:

2-3 years in Product Design

Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, CREO-6

Special Skills: Good Communication skills, Leadership Skills

will be as follows-

New concept design as per customer requirement with competitive benchmarking resulting in optimum product cost

CAD Modeling on CREO-6 and Autocad ,3d cad design and 2d cad preparation

Carryout design reviews and design optimization with CFT Team .

Preparation of customer drawing, internal drawing and material specification

Preparation of 2D drawing with GD&T

Preparation of DFMEA ,DFM,DFA

Preparation of plan drawing

Material selection at optimum cost for new product design

Preparation of BOM and IATF 16949 required documents

Carryout out Change management ,ECN and ECRN for new as well as regular product

To make proto part ,analysis new design FTA during proto stage

DFMEA for all products with CFT team

To maintain problem follow up sheet to minimize risk

Preparation of compliance and DVP approval from customer

Validation of localized components

Continous updation of list for a product

Taking part in Value Engineering & Value analysis exercises

Timeline schedule (Microplan) for product design

Tool development from supplier or in-house, and check tool feasibility, Tool design review ,follow-up and initial sample approvals .

To develop specification for new process, technology requirement

Support Production during preparation of samples of products, Line trials
