Work with stakeholders to prioritize deployments based on cost / benefit trade-offs
Manage process discipline across the vision, development, and implementation life cycle
Use a framework to communicate program and project level details and timelines with employees within WLS
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across WLS, Digital, and various Technology teams, including coordinating User Acceptance Testing, ensuring user engagement and testing rigor
Use strategic thinking to design and implement deliverables, with the flexibility to adjust to new innovations, regulations, and priorities
Implement resource, governance, and organization structure to deliver transformational initiatives as required in order to deliver results in a complex environment
Provide regular updates to leadership of the Commercial Bank and WLS, including presentations to varying levels of stakeholders
Deliver the product\'s vision to associates under your leadership and manage their execution of key initiatives
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
5+years experience in the Financial industry which includes 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management
5+ years managing and developing associates
Experience in Agile methodology
Proven ability to lead large scale, cross-functional initiatives and passion for process innovation, design, and technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of colleagues and management, across business and technology, both written and verbal
Advance proficiency in JIRA, Tableau, Alteryx. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong financial services experience, understanding of the Wholesale Lending business a plus
Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner a plus
Commercial Facility Covenant Monitoring or auditing experience
