About Client

This requirement is for a product development client in Fintech domain.

What You'll Do

Closely working with clients/stakeholders to enhance customer experience by addressing their issues and pain points. Brainstorming and ideation of complex APIs for customization and integration of financial/lending products within multiple Apps. Proactively work on the possible errors/problems before they occur Provide suggestions and customize APIs as per the requirement of the customer. Design and development of customized infrastructure for the clients as per their requirements to scale up the digital lending business. Engaging customers through driving a higher degree of product satisfaction. Provide suggestions for product development as well as make necessary changes to APIs by collaborating with the engineering team, business team, and clients. Ownership over creating and designing high-throughput APIs to process large financial/lending transactions.

The Skills You'll Need

Bachelors in CS/Engineering. Experience in client onboarding, driving technical discussions, and mapping customers' business requirements. Experience in running data analytics and strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of financial and lending platforms. Ability to understand the technical and business requirements of the customer for effective customization of the product. Outstanding communication skills with a blend of professionalism and friendliness to effectively collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
