We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager who can seamlessly connect product vision with flawless execution. This role requires a blend of product thinking, agile delivery expertise, and technical understanding to lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, and continuously optimize workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on Scrum experience, strong project/program management skills, and the ability to partner effectively with engineering, design, and data teams.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end product delivery -- from discovery and planning to launch and post-release optimization.
  • Translate product strategy and OKRs into clear, actionable roadmaps, release plans, and measurable goals.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring sprints are well-scoped and achievable.
  • Maintain key delivery artifacts such as roadmaps, sprint backlogs, dependency trackers, and release documentation.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, QA, data, marketing, and operations to meet delivery milestones.
  • Partner with product teams during discovery phases to translate insights into actionable deliverables.
  • Proactively manage risks, scope, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Define acceptance criteria, coordinate QA/UAT processes, manage rollouts, and monitor post-launch performance.
  • Track and analyze delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, WIP, cycle time) to improve overall process efficiency.
  • Use data and analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) to measure impact and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Uphold documentation and release discipline while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and performance standards.
  • Mentor teams in agile methodologies, estimation techniques, and continuous improvement practices.
Key Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in product delivery, Scrum Master, or technical project/program management roles.
  • Proven success in end-to-end software delivery within agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Expertise in backlog management, prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW), and roadmap creation.
  • Proficiency with Jira, ClickUp, or similar delivery management tools.
  • Strong technical acumen with understanding of architecture, APIs, integrations, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, data instrumentation, and process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi for effective cross-team communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: CSM/PSM, PMP/Prince2, or SAFe (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in high-growth product companies, marketplaces, or consumer e-commerce/travel platforms.
  • Exposure to data, AI, or experimentation-driven products and feature flagging systems.
