About The Client:
An American multinational computer software company incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in San Jose, California. They specialize in software for creating and publishing a wide range of content, including graphics, photography, illustration, animation, multimedia/video, motion pictures, and print.
Essential Job Functions:

• Lead cross-functional Agile teams as the Product Owner for cloud-based applications.
• Translate product strategy into actionable tasks and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with field product managers and stakeholders to deliver on the roadmap.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
• Actively identify and resolve delivery impediments to ensure sprint goals are met.
• Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to lead teams through evolving priorities and organizational shifts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Delivery or Product Ownership roles.
• BA/BS in a technical or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working across engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Strong focus on user experience and ability to advocate for customer needs in product decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Power Platform:

• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate to understand solution architecture and support automation initiatives. Or other similar
• AI Awareness:

• General understanding of AI tools and best practices, especially in the context of content generation, automation, and productivity enhancement.
• Data Fluency:

• Ability to interpret dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to inform product decisions.
• Tooling Ecosystem:

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Workfront. Any Adobe Experience Cloud products knowledge is preferred.
• Business Value Focus:

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives based on ROI, customer impact, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Ability to work in 2-11 PM IST shift and occasionally during late-night US hours.
