As a Product Delivery Manager in Data Platforms, you lead the development and management of tooling capabilities for Data Lifecycle Management. You drive seamless onboarding, optimize resource management, and enhance user experiences across cloud-based platforms. You collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced, user-centric environment.

Job responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of Data Lifecycle Management tooling solutions, including intake, release management, and performance reporting Develop and manage onboarding and resource optimization solutions for cloud-based data platforms Collaborate with engineering and product leads to ensure seamless integration and interoperability Implement standardized architecture and shared component libraries to improve consistency and user experience Identify and drive the creation of common services across the Data Platforms ecosystem Lead change management activities, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements Manage timelines, dependencies, and resources, proactively addressing blockers and maintaining clear communication

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Eight years of experience in product delivery, product management, or a relevant domain area focused on big data and cloud platforms Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Strong understanding of data platform technologies such as Snowflake, AWS Data Lake, and Info1 Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment processes Experience with micro-frontend architecture and design systems Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

Ability to develop and execute product strategies aligned with organizational goals Focus on enhancing user experience and satisfaction through intuitive design and support mechanisms Deep understanding of big data technologies and cloud platforms to drive product innovation Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
