Key Responsibilities:

Product Delivery - Process management

a)

Delivery Management:

1) Responsible for process creation, maintenance and automation to ensure timely deliveries and optimal resource utilization

2) Cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues across product delivery, technology and business teams for quick navigation and troubleshooting delivery issues



3) Track and analyze essential delivery metrics and offer insights into the product delivery lifecycle for continuous improvement

4) Support the entire product delivery team in absorbing scale, identifying bottlenecks and putting in place strategies to ensure smooth day to day operations of the team

Knowledge:MS Office proficiency JIRA working knowledge Knowledge of either education industry or tech industry (best case scenario: both) Project Management approaches and tools
