As a Product Engineer in the AI/ML Solutions team, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data solutions that drive business success. You help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while supporting the firm's strategic objectives.
Job responsibilities
Designs, develops, and maintains scalable data solutions to support business growth and efficiency
Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver data product solutions aligned with business objectives
Evaluates and adopts emerging data technologies to enhance data capabilities
Engages with data owners to understand and prioritize data demands, improving process flows through reporting and analysis
Develops data product ideas by understanding analytics needs and facilitating data-driven decision-making
Documents data requirements and models data for efficient querying and use in large language models
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Expertise in data technologies including analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, data warehousing, data management, and AWS cloud solutions
Experience in Databricks and DBT for data transformation and modeling
Advanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation in Snowflake, Datalake, or AWS Athena
Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools
Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Knowledge of data governance and best practices
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or CJA
Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills
