Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify methods to boost efficiencies
Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm\'s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Implement transformational process and product through cross functional areas within WLS
Partner with clients and stakeholders on requirement gathering; design, ideate, wireframe, prototype features and experiences
Refine product backlog in JIRA, and Use Cases with exceptional detail and discipline
Apply analytical and creative thinking to design solutions to operations inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities. Coordinate and govern User Acceptance Testing, ensuring user engagement and testing rigor
Represent the user group by presenting documented requirements to the technology teams
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
5+years experience in the Financial industry which includes 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Experience in large scale, cross-functional initiatives and passion for process innovation, design, and technology
Experience in Agile methodology
Basic proficiency in JIRA, Tableau, Alteryx. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint is a must
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience within large Financial Services firms preferred
Experience with implementing and using workflow tools
Experience with loan lifecycle and its various process steps/ stages.
Commercial Facility Covenant Monitoring or auditing experience
