Role Summary

This is not a typical support role -- it's your entry into the world of product engineering and customer intelligence.As an

Product Customer Support Executive

, you'll bridge technology and the real world -- understanding how our AI-powered irrigation systems work in the field, how farmers and officials use them, and how every interaction can make the product better.

You'll own the

entire feedback loop

-- from customer insights to product improvement -- and help us make India's smartest irrigation platform even smarter.

What You'll Do

Engage directly with farmers, field teams, and officials to understand product performance. Translate real-world issues into actionable insights for engineering and product teams. Explain product usage, features, and updates in clear, simple Punjabi or Hindi. Track device behavior, usage patterns, and feedback -- and identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate with field and service teams to ensure fast, data-driven resolutions. Maintain structured documentation of user interactions and recurring patterns. Contribute to refining product design, features, and usability based on on-ground learnings.

Qualifications

Any graduate - Preferred B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (CS, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields). 0-2 years of experience or internship in

tech, product, or field-facing roles.

Fresh graduates with strong learning agility & high flexibility are welcome.
