What you get in this role: We are seeking an outstanding product attorney to join our legal team supporting ServiceNow\'s rapidly growing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning teams. This attorney will have a significant role in advising business teams and senior leaders on a variety of legal areas, including data governance, data privacy and security, and negotiating technology transaction and research agreements. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Current member in good standing of a U.S. state bar. 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company advising clients in the full range of product development matters. Experience working in privacy, AI/ML or intellectual property matters is a plus. Significant experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions and handling complex IP-related legal issues. Comprehensive understanding of the enterprise IT industry, including SaaS and cloud computing areas. A very strong orientation as a team-player and a bias for sharing information.
