Transport

: Candidate should be able to arrange his/her own transport for daily commuting

The Product Costing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate product cost estimates by analyzing material requirements, labor, overheads, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost calculation:

Prepare detailed product costing for our products & services.

Analyze material consumption, BOM, labor hours, overheads, and manufacturing process costs.

Provide item wise cost breakdowns to support pricing decisions and quotations.

2. Bill of Material (BOM) Preparation

Create and maintain accurate BOMs for all products using robust MS Excel models and/or any other software.

Update BOMs based on client specific customizations and designs.

Ensure accurate quantity, unit of measurements, and specifications of materials.

3.Provide cost inputs and support for quotation preparation

4.Cost Analysis & Variance Reporting

- Compare actual costs vs. estimated costs and investigate variances and recommend ways to minimize variances.

- Coordinate with store department to monitor consumption of material in line with BOM and report any variances.

5.Track project costs throughout execution including on-site execution teams

6. Identify cost savings opportunities

7. Prepare cost reports and dashboards for management review

Skills Required:

- Strong quantitative and analytical ability

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including ability to create advanced Excel based models

- Attention to detail with accuracy in calculations

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
