LOCATION

Peenya (Towards Yeshwanthpur), Bangalore

NP : Immediate to 15 days

Mandatory skills

Handling PCBA and wiring harness RFQ

Technical SKILLS:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting PCBA costing,

Manufacturing process, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams,

and BOMs

Strong understanding of wiring harness manufacturing

processes (cutting, crimping, soldering, assembly, testing).

Knowledge of PCB assemblies, connectors, cable assemblies,

and electrical components.

Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review project requirements, BOMs, drawings, and

technical specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates

for electronics and wiring harness assemblies.

Calculate raw material, manufacturing, tooling, testing, and

packaging costs based on current market trends and

supplier inputs.

Collaborate with the design team to optimize designs for

cost efficiency without compromising quality

Coordinate with the sourcing team to verify supplier pricing

and lead times.

Monitor and update costing databases with material price

changes, labour rates, and process costs

Assist in post-award cost reviews to ensure actual spend

aligns with the quoted price

Prepare and maintain costing documentation for audit and

compliance purposes
