Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product inquiries, demonstrations, and solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable product features or services.
Conduct product presentations, walkthroughs, and training sessions for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Support) to ensure smooth product implementation and customer onboarding.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to handle client queries effectively.
Document client interactions and feedback in the CRM system daily.
Support the sales team by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance product performance and customer experience.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
(essential).
Prior experience in product consultation, pre-sales, or customer service preferred.
Ability to learn and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Positive attitude, patience, and professional behavior when handling clients.
