Associate should have 10 plus yrs of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain in Personal & Commercial insurance. Should be able to clearly describe end-to-end Insurance business processes and key integration points for Policy and Claims. Elicit & clearly document business and systems requirements. Experienced in RFP solutioning creating POVs can contribute to practice development asset creation. Knowledge of Billing and Reinsurance is good to have.
Responsibilities
Drive requirement workshops collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirem
Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states
Own and maintain requirements baseline for UI Rating forms integration specifications
Work with the Product Owner to identify scope of requirements and prioritized business requirements that need to be delivered
Work with architects tech specialists and other SMEs to design solutions that meet the identified needs.
Support developers and QA during implementation and testing to ensure that the solutions are aligned to requirements
Collaborating with cross program teams to ensure that mutual project dependencies are identified addressed and managed
Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Contribute to practice development asset creation RFP solutioning POVs etc
