Job Summary

The Product Configurator (ISG) role involves managing and optimizing product configurations to enhance operational efficiency. With a focus on Sample Manager Master Data Installation and Upgrade the role requires a comprehensive understanding of functionality. The position is hybrid with no travel required and is ideal for candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Manage product configurations to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for product configuration. Implement and maintain Sample Manager Master Data to support accurate and efficient product configurations. Oversee the installation and upgrade processes of Sample Manager systems to ensure seamless integration. Provide technical expertise in Sample Manager functionality to enhance system capabilities. Develop and document configuration processes to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience. Conduct regular audits of product configurations to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Train and support team members on configuration best practices and system functionalities. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements or upgrades. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure configurations meet business needs and customer expectations. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Sample Manager systems. Contribute to the development of configuration strategies that align with company goals.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in managing Sample Manager Master Data. Demonstrate expertise in Sample Manager installation and upgrade processes. Have a solid understanding of Sample Manager functionality and its applications. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Show proficiency in documenting and maintaining configuration processes.
