Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Product Configurator for our ISG team with 5 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FileTrail Records Management and a background in Research and Development is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that enhance our product offerings contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product configurations that meet client requirements. Utilize FileTrail Records Management to ensure efficient and accurate product data management. Analyze client needs and translate them into detailed product specifications. Develop and maintain configuration models to streamline product customization processes. Ensure product configurations align with industry standards and company policies. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients regarding product configurations. Conduct regular audits of product configurations to identify and resolve discrepancies. Work closely with the Research and Development team to integrate new features into existing product configurations. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product configuration strategies. Document configuration processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference. Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for team members. Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities to ensure configurations meet quality standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product configuration efficiency.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of FileTrail Records Management and its application in product configuration. Demonstrate experience in Research and Development enhancing product innovation. Exhibit excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and develop effective configurations. Show proficiency in technical documentation and process management. Display strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
