Job Requirements

4-6 years of experience on a software delivery team (required) Experience with enterprise content and collaboration platforms such as MSFT SharePoint, Suralink, or HighQ (required) Experience in configuring/customizing 3rd party products Ability to structure discussions into requirements and create product features (required) Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships and seek input from senior developers (required) Self-disciplined to work in a virtual, agile, globally sourced team (required) Prior public accounting experience with mid to large-size firms or other professional services (preferred) Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (preferred)
Job Responsibilities

Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Tax practice subject matter experts to create and configure client sites for assigned products Create, configure, and upload data as needed to client sites supporting engagement teams Create or maintain documentation for user training and education to support adoption Create and maintain custom sites for complex or non-standard engagements Create and maintain standard sites for engagements using templates Triage support tickets, provide guidance, and escalate issues as needed Build and maintain custom visualizations of key metrics for landing pages or reports Own site upgrade strategies for new feature releases Partner with Process and Change Management on rollouts, including leading data migrations from other document collaboration or project management tools Participate in testing new features or integrations Provide support for client engagements or end-user issues Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize technical and functional requirements Define, document, and communicate requirements in epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
