Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in product planning, requirement gathering, and documentation. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and prepare product presentations. Support compliance activities by ensuring product features meet industry, ISO, and regulatory standards. Conduct market and competitor research to support product improvements. Prepare compliance-related reports and assist in audits or regulatory reviews. Coordinate with internal teams (tech, operations, sales) for smooth execution of product requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field. Knowledge of

product management processes

(roadmapping, requirement gathering, lifecycle management). Understanding of

sales processes

and client engagement. Knowledge of

compliance standards

(e.g., ISO, GDPR, KYC, AML). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

Internship or prior experience in product, sales support, or compliance roles. Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g.,

ISO 27001

,

ISO 9001

) and their application in compliance. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and project management tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
