We are a UK-based online diamond jewelry brand that designs, manufactures, and sells high-quality jewelry. Our business operates through our e-commerce website and online marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced Jewelry Catalog & Merchandising Manager to handle product listings, optimize the catalog, and manage merchandising strategies across our website and platforms like Amazon & Etsy

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the online product catalog across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate product information, images, and pricing. Oversee product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including uploads, optimizations, and troubleshooting any listing errors. Coordinate with CAD, visualization, and data entry teams to ensure product details are updated correctly and on time. Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes to improve search rankings and conversions. Monitor and update pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness in the market. Track product performance and provide regular reports to upper management on listing status, sales trends, and catalog health. Identify and resolve any issues related to product pages, including incorrect information, missing images, or pricing discrepancies. Stay up to date with Amazon policies, SEO best practices, and e-commerce trends to enhance product discoverability.
Requirements:

Proven experience in product catalog management and merchandising in e-commerce. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (listing management, optimizations, troubleshooting). Strong understanding of jewelry product listings, attributes, and pricing strategies. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely updates and product launches. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for catalog management and reporting. Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving catalog issues. Strong analytical skills to track performance and suggest improvements.
