(formerly known as Pi Beam Electric) is a young & vibrant Startup from IIT Madras, aiming to be the largest vertically integrated EV ecosystem platform. We started out our journey as EV manufacturers and eventually moved to EV-As-A-Service to power the fleets of the various Delivery agglomerates in India, from Large E-commerce, Small businesses, to F&B sector we cater to all your Last-Mile delivery needs. With our experience of building EVs to deploying our vehicles to assist the various fleets, we were able to understand each step involved in the EV Logistics ecosystem. With the help of Data and the complete EV know-how, we will be able to optimize how EV's on the Indian roads are currently serving.

So far we have been trusted and backed by Investors such as IPV, GAIL, Keritsu Forum along with other Institutional Investors. We have partnered with the most upcoming brands in the Indian EV sector and continue to assist each other in achieving our Goals to bring India to a Greener future, one EV at a time.

What You'll Do:

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle--from discovery to delivery--across logistics, fleet, and seller-focused tools. Deep-dive into data to extract insights, validate hypotheses, and guide product direction. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to shape, execute and iterate features. Conduct user and market research to build for the real Bharat. Define metrics and drive a culture of experimentation and measurement.

What You Bring:

2 - 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B, logistics, mobility or infrastructure tech. Strong analytical chops--data is your second language. You thrive in ambiguity, and love owning outcomes. A builder's mindset: resourceful, iterative, fast-moving. You care deeply about the people you're building for--and want to be in the field to understand them better.

Bonus:

Background in logistics, agri-tech, or marketplace ecosystems. Exposure to ML/AI, automation or IoT-based product development. Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, or agile workflows.
