We are seeking a sharp, proactive and driven individual to assist the CTO in improving our web application, managing third-party tools and integrations, supporting the sales team in fixing product-related issues, and contributing to tech-enabled marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Web Application Support
Assist in identifying bugs or improvement areas in the web application and coordinate with developers for resolutions.
Perform basic testing (UAT) and ensure implementation quality of released features.
Third-Party Integrations
Maintain a record of all third-party tools and APIs used in the system.
Monitor and support basic troubleshooting of integration issues with platforms like CRMs, analytics tools, or communication services.
Sales & Product Coordination
Collaborate with the sales/support teams to understand broken or inefficient workflows and assist in driving quick tech resolutions.
Marketing Tech Support
Help implement and track marketing campaigns using basic tools like tracking links, scripts, and automation platforms.
Follow up with the marketing team to support reporting and campaign implementation from a tech standpoint.
Learning & Research
Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies relevant to web, sales, or marketing operations.
Proactively suggest ideas to improve internal tools or processes.
What We're Looking For:
? Must-Have Skills:
6 months to 2 years of experience in tech support, product support, or technical coordination role.
Familiarity with CRMs (like Kylas, Zoho, HubSpot), analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Basic technical knowledge (HTML, JS basics, or familiarity with tools like Postman).
Highly organised with a knack for documentation and follow-ups.
