Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Architect with 11 to 13 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FAST and preferably experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. This role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust product architectures that align with business goals and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for product development. Develop detailed technical specifications and design documents for product solutions. Ensure the scalability and performance of product architectures to meet future business needs. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of product architectures to ensure compliance with best practices. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in product design and implementation. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on product objectives. Optimize product architectures for cost-efficiency and resource utilization. Lead the integration of new technologies and tools into existing product frameworks. Evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance product functionality and user experience. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and delivery timelines. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in FAST demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications. Have a strong background in product architecture with a focus on scalability and performance. Demonstrate proficiency in designing solutions for the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges. Hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
