Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Product Architect for our ISG team with 9 to 13 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GW APD Guidewire Insurance Suite Integration PCF and Gosu along with domain experience in Property and Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to innovative solutions and drive impactful results in a day shift environment.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust product architecture solutions that align with business objectives and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire Insurance Suite components. Develop and maintain high-quality code using Gosu and PCF to enhance system functionality and performance. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Guidewire applications ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct thorough testing and validation of software components to ensure compliance with quality standards. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and scalability. Document architectural designs and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Collaborate with the Property and Casualty Insurance domain experts to ensure alignment with industry-specific requirements. Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks and communication in both remote and in-office settings. Contribute to the companys mission by delivering solutions that improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in GW APD Guidewire Insurance Suite Integration PCF and Gosu. Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Property and Casualty Insurance. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Show proficiency in designing scalable and efficient software architectures. Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
