Core Responsibilities



Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise software solutions using Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices.

Define and implement cloud-native architectures (preferably on Google Cloud Platform) ensuring performance, resilience, and maintainability.

Analyze business and functional requirements to translate them into technical architecture blueprints, design documents, and PoCs.

Lead and mentor the engineering team in following best practices for code quality, modular design, and CI/CD automation.

Design and manage API integrations, database models (SQL & NoSQL), and distributed data handling frameworks.

Collaborate with product management, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure secure, performant, and testable software delivery.

Drive technology stack evaluation, prototyping, and architecture governance, ensuring alignment with long-term product roadmap.

Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization to ensure scalability and reliability of Rappit's enterprise platform.
