Content Development
Design and update training materials, manuals, and presentations in alignment with product updates and business needs.
Develop role-specific training modules for sales, dispatch, admin, and support teams.
Skill Enhancement
Coach employees to improve communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
Provide guidance on professional etiquette and workplace behavior.
Assessment & Feedback
Evaluate participants' learning progress through assessments, role-plays, and feedback sessions.
Share regular reports with management on training effectiveness and employee development.
Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with sales and admin teams to identify skill gaps.
Recommend learning interventions for performance improvement.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on industry trends, training techniques, and product innovations.
Suggest improvements in training processes to boost efficiency and employee engagement.
