Position Requirements:

The candidate should be Graduate The candidate should have at least 1 Year of experience as a Process Trainer in BPO TTT Certified ( If Possible ) The candidate should have excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities (Summary):

Conduct process training for new hires and existing employees Develop training materials and assessments Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback Collaborate with QA and Ops for continuous improvement Conducting Employee Engagement Activities Contribution to the overall organization's growth

Pay: ?35,088.58 - ?40,303.63 per month
