Business Analyst (Product & Pricing Master Data) for large-scale Finance Transformation at FTSE20 company
Role summary
The acquisition of Refinitiv by the LSEG in 2021 has resulted in a complex finance organization. LSEG now operates on two Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") systems - Oracle EBS (LSEG) and SAP ECC6 (Refinitiv). As a result of the different heritage systems, LSEG also operates dual business processes, control environments and data structures. We have selected Oracle Fusion as a single ERPM platform for the new combined organization, mobilized the programme and are currently in the middle of Global Design working with PwC, our implementation partner.
There are 3 major streams of work:Implementing a new ERPM platform across the group, replacing the existing legacy ERP and performance management systems with a single data model and future proof ERP that can better support finance reporting and insight. Implementing a new Information Model and 'connecting the dots' across all related programmes of change across the group, including new Chart of Account. Designing a new Target Operating Model using automated and standardized processes and enabling a capability uplift across the organization

What you'll be doing:Elicit & Analyze business requirements, from product owners & functions. data needs across various product functions, to bring reusability and flexibility. Take a lead in the conceptual Design of comprehensive data models, integration methodology and taxonomies that support product & Pricing in Oracle Product Hub. Collaborate with multi-functional teams (finance, technology, operations, regulatory, Sales , Marketing and product groups) to ensure successful (reusability & Flexibility) design and implementation of the Product Data model in new platform (Oracle Product Hub) . Document data flows, entity relationships, and data dictionaries. Identify data integrity issues and propose solutions. Create and maintain data models using industry-standard tools and methodologies. Organizing and coordinating design workshops as well as establishing testing scope and test scripts for Product Hub. Validate data models against business requirements and use cases. Support implementation teams by providing guidance on data architecture. Ensure data models stay in sync with privacy and security requirements. Ensure Scalability and reusability for the Product data model designs. Apply a structured approach and methodology whereby you translate a comprehensive plan into manageable pieces and concretize it into an agile roadmap. Designing and ensuring warm handshake for each component of the Product and Pricing workstream and ensuring accountability, ownership and dependencies are articulated and accounted for. Working with the Product owners, Solution architects and Programme Delivery Director to develop approach and support technology to deliver the Product and Pricing Data. Works closely with the Workstream Lead to agree priorities, manage key design, build and test deliverables and ensure delivery of a fully tested solution. Identifies design, build and test related issues, risks, dependencies and assumptions as they arise; prepares mitigation actions to address these in a timely manner and implement as appropriate.

You'll bring:5+ years of Demonstrable experience of having done Product Modelling in Oracle Product Hub. 10+ Experience of successful implementation of the Product and Pricing Master data in large and complex programs. Proven Expertise in simplifying and standardizing complex product structures. Experience in integrating the product & pricing Data with Q2C processes. Good stakeholder management skills, able to manage and appreciate different views and identify the best course of action, getting buy-in along the way. An open-minded approach to driving solution; balancing previous experience with the specific circumstances and requirements at LSEG. A collaborative and positive attitude to help overcome hurdles and drive engagement.
