About the team:
Recharges and Utilities is a core business for Paytm. It includes 20+ categories including mobile recharge, electricity bill payments, DTH recharge, cylinder booking, etc. It is a critical business to onboard, engage and retain users on Paytm.
About the role:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual within R & U Product team to build the product analytics charter. The individual in this role shall build and grow a dedicated analytics team within this lending product and collaborate with the central data & analytics teams for data & infra to support our product and business goals.
Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Build a strong product analytics team to support this lending product & business goals
xc2xb7 Collaborate with central data & analytics platforms to build necessary pipelines, dashboards
xc2xb7 Collaborate with PMs & business stakeholders to understand the product & business metrics
xc2xb7 Build automated dashboards & reports for daily/real-time consumption needs
xc2xb7 Collaborate with PMs and business to hypothesize and validate them
xc2xb7 Collaborate with PMs to run experiments that help achieve metrics
xc2xb7 Mentor the analytics team
xc2xb7 Democratize insights, not just access to data
xc2xb7 Influence product & business decisions based on insights
Requirements:
xc2xb7 3+ years of product analytics experience in product or services companies
xc2xb7 Experience with tools like Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc.
xc2xb7 Experience building data pipelines and working with data warehouses
xc2xb7 Expert skill in Python & other scripting languages
xc2xb7 Experience building canned visual dashboards and reports
xc2xb7 Hands on experience in SQL is Mandatory
xc2xb7 Python/R is desirable
