Product Analyst/Business Analyst - SQL/Power BI/Power Query - Insurance Domain - 2+ Years - Bangalore
Location - Bangalore
Summary -We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the insurance domain to join our team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end business analysis process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive impactful system enhancements that streamline policy processing, improve customer satisfaction, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities -

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis activities.
• Develop BRDs, FRS, process flows, wireframes, use cases, and perform gap analysis.
• Collaborate with IT, underwriters, actuaries, and developers to deliver functional system enhancements.
• Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-rollout support.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like claims processing time and customer satisfaction to recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate product documentation, manuals, and internal knowledge bases.
• Drive process improvements - including optimizing the bulk policy processing system to reduce issuance turnaround time.

Requirements -

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain (life/general).
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, underwriting, and actuarial teams.
• Proven ability to manage UAT cycles, deliver training, and provide end-user support.
• Strong analytical mindset with exposure to KPI tracking and reporting.
