The Connect System is the backbone of user retention and engagement
- managing contact databases, birthday reminders, event scheduling, and ecard lifecycle management for millions of active users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Product Strategy & Management
- Own the complete product roadmap and strategy for the Connect system
- Define product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for contact management solutions
- Prioritize feature development based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Manage product backlog and sprint planning with development teams

Technical Oversight
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical architecture and system scalability
- Oversee integration capabilities with email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook)
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and security standards
- Manage API integrations and third-party service partnerships
- Coordinate system updates, maintenance, and bug resolution

User Experience & Design
- Drive user-centric design improvements and interface optimization
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user workflows
- Optimize onboarding processes and user adoption strategies
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility

Analytics & Performance
- Monitor and analyze system usage metrics, user engagement, and retention rates
- Implement tracking mechanisms for feature adoption and user behavior
- Generate regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for optimization based on data analysis
- Establish and track KPIs for system effectiveness

Integration & Partnerships
- Manage relationships with email service providers and integration partners
- Explore new integration opportunities to expand system capabilities
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools

Innovation & Growth
- Identify emerging trends in contact management and greeting card technology
- Propose innovative features to enhance user experience
- Drive user acquisition and retention strategies through product improvements
- Lead initiatives for system modernization and competitive differentiation
Requirements
1.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field.
2.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in operations,
- Experience in the digital greeting card or e-commerce industry
- Background in consumer internet products
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks Knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms
- Experience with machine learning applications in product features

Technical Knowledge:

- Analytics Platforms:
Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics

- Database Knowledge:
Understanding of relational databases, data modeling
- Web Technologies:
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs
