The Product Advisor is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. They play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales by providing expert knowledge and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence and accuracy.
Stay updated on new products, features, and promotions.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints effectively.
Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock levels.
Provide feedback to the product or marketing team based on customer interactions.
Assist in after-sales support and follow-up as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in regional/local language and English.
Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell.
