job role - Telesales Executive (Product Advisor)



Location:

Koramangala, Bangalore

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Languages:



Malayalam + English

or Telugu + English

or Kannada + English

Qualification:



Minimum:

HSC (12th Pass)

Salary:



?18,000 - ?22,000 per month

Experience:

Minimum 6 months (Telesales or Customer Service)

Role & Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to customers and explain Shaadi.com's membership plans and products.

Advise customers on suitable packages and assist them through the registration or upgrade process.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer queries.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain call records and update customer details accurately.
