We are seeking a skilled Product Administrator for our ISG team with 6 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OmniDVW Omni Script and Omni Connect. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to manage product operations efficiently ensuring seamless integration and support for our insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of product administration ensuring all processes are executed smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OmniDVW Omni Script and Omni Connect into existing systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product configurations and processes. Analyze product performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions. Implement process improvements to enhance product functionality and user experience. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product operations. Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of product functionalities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product enhancement. Support the development and execution of product roadmaps aligning with company goals. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions. Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in OmniDVW Omni Script and Omni Connect essential for product administration. Demonstrate experience in Life and Annuities Insurance providing valuable domain insights. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills crucial for addressing technical challenges.
