Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Data Admin Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the jewelry industry or a related field. The ideal candidate will be skilled in scanning, data formatting, and creating visually appealing presentations and catalogues for clients. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other administrative tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan, organize, and manage design sheets, product images, and related documents.
Format product data, images, and technical details into structured templates or presentations.
Create visually engaging presentations and product catalogues for customer sharing.
Edit and enhance product images using Adobe Photoshop to meet brand and presentation standards.
Maintain updated product records, image libraries, and data archives.
Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for content requirements and approvals.
Use Microsoft Excel for data management, pricing sheets, and product tracking.
Support general administrative and back-office tasks related to product data and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in data administration or creative support, preferably in jewelry or design.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Good understanding of image formats, resolutions, and file organization.
Ability to create clean, professional, and visually engaging presentations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
