Job Title: Production Engineer (Grill Welding)

Location: Kasna, Site 5

Salary: ₹30,000 -
50,000 (based on experience and skill)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to lead and supervise production operations in our Fan Manufacturing Unit located in Kasna, Site 5. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fan assembly processes and a strong understanding of spot welding machines and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production and assembly line operations related to fan manufacturing.

Operate and oversee the use of spot welding machines for sheet metal fabrication.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and guide team members on pneumatic tools and systems.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.

Train and monitor workers for efficient and safe operation.

Maintain records of daily production, machine maintenance, and team performance.

Coordinate with the production manager and maintenance team for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the fan or similar manufacturing industry.

Proven expertise in operating spot welding machines.

Good understanding of pneumatic systems used in manufacturing setups.

Ability to lead a team and manage floor operations efficiently.

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

Educational qualification: ITI / Diploma preferred.
