Wiring, assembling experience of LV panels, MCC, and all electrical panels

Knowledge of VFD, SOFT STARTER, and PLC control Panel

Basic Knowledge of HVAC controls

Basic work experience in the switchgear manufacturing industry,

Power & Control Panel Bus Bar Fitting

Power Panels Switch Gears, ACB fitting, Panel Bus-bar fitting & Assembly.

PCC Panel, MCC Panel, SDB, LDB APFC Panels

Qualifications and Skills, Good Experience In Power Panels Bus bar & Switchgear Assembly

Assembled Control Cabinets, wiring those cabinets, including, motor control, cooling fans, and cabinet lighting Installed various components in those cabinets, including thermostats, temperature sensors, base plates, and various control modules, Installations should be done neatly and according to printed engineering specifications Crimped connectors onto leads for point to point wiring of control circuits and connected wires according to layout drawings Assisted with continuity testing of circuits. Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus. Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications. Should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. Dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures. Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures. Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards Point-to-point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, & Instrumentation. Troubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions. Ability to understand and work from schematics. Knowledge of electrical theory and terminology is required. Ability to communicate effectively, (written and verbally) with peers, and management. Must be willing to work some overtime if the business need arises.

DiplomaBE in Electrical / Mechanical with 2- years' experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
